ENERCON is seeking a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist to join its specialized team dedicated to supporting local teams across Canada.
This role involves providing remote technical assistance, wind farm monitoring, fault analysis, and coordination with higher‑level support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries from field technicians, site managers, after‑sales service, and internal departments.
- Provide first‑level technical support, including fault analysis, support with software updates, and troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2 Technical Support or to engineering teams in Germany, as required.
