Job Responsibilities

  Provide leadership and management oversight to 3–4 Team Leaders, who each supervise pods of approximately 5 Social Workers.

  Report directly to the Head of Service and ensure effective communication between frontline practice and strategic priorities.

  Oversee casework practice for children subject to Child in Need, Child Protection, and Public Law Outline (PLO) processes, including Children in Care.
