3. 熟悉预订资料,了解客情,尤其要记住即将来店的贵宾、常客的姓名,了解酒店的所有活动。


4. 高效率地办理入住和退房手续。

1.良好的外貌,沟通良好,身体健康,语音清晰。


2.良好的英文口语及书写领会能力。


3.善于交际,团队领导能力,有主人翁精神和主动性意识。


4. 会使用电脑办公软件,能适应酒店的工作时间。
