What You'll Do
+ Intercepts all incoming calls and determines whether the person being called should be interrupted.
+ Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the answering time and the time they are put on hold.
+ Take thorough messages, including the caller’s first and last name, company name if applicable, time, and the message.
+ Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
+ Provide very basic information to callers who have general inquiries.
+ Serve as service center greeter (i.e. when customer is not met by a Service Advisor and direct to appropriate persons as necessary.
+ Update and distribute company telephone roster when necessary.
+ Maintain Phone log daily.
+ Maintain customer name file daily.
+ File repair orders daily.
+ Special projects as assigned.
