Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, after-sales service, and repair work for telehandlers.
• Collaborate with dealers on daily maintenance and technical support activities.
• Carry out proactive rectifications based on improvement suggestions from product lines; conduct troubleshooting and collect technical information on faulty equipment.
• Inspect incoming equipment and perform scheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct regular customer visits and perform equipment inspections.
• Ensure timely supply of spare parts, meet parts sales targets, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Carry out repairs on machinery and its components.
• Understand and resolve technical issues through proper analysis, assessment, and diagnosis.
