Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the service operation such as equipment start-up/commissioning, inspect, troubleshoot, repair & maintenance of equipment

• Standard range of equipment include compressors, filtration equipment, gas generation, natural gas dehydration and biogas machinery

• Coordinate with site teams, contractors and suppliers for job execution

• Monitor the field equipment’s yearly spare requirement and follow up with clients on spare replacement and maintenance recommendation

• Assist in the achievement of aftermarket sales budget set by the management annually

• Manage products warranty administration

• Communicate with clients, factories and dealers relating to technical and service issues

• Support local clients mainly with some overseas travelling when necessary

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
