Job Descriptions

• To install and commission instruments sold by the company at customer site.
• To provide training on the use on instruments sold by the company.
• To respond to customers request for technical support assistance.
• To liaise with manufacturers to resolve instruments issues.
• To perform all technical support work to customers as required by the management
• Setting up new machinery or software and conducting initial tests to ensure functionality
