ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for hands-on Service Engineers for our Authorised Service Centres (Mobility Division). The selected candidates will be responsible for diagnosis, repair, and servicing of mobility devices and accessories, ensuring repairs are completed to Company quality standards and within defined TAT. Job Description: Diagnose and repair smartphones and tablets hardware and software faults including display, battery, motherboard, camera, charging port, and OS issues Perform repairs as per standard repair procedures and quality guidelines Handle job cards accurately logging complaints, parts used, repair status, and closure on the service management system Manage spare parts inventory at bench level correct parts usage, zero wastage, proper documentation Achieve daily repair targets and maintain TAT as defined by Company Ensure customer devices are handled with care and returned in clean, tested condition Coordinate with front desk for job updates, customer co...
