Service Engineer – Onsite (Cebu)

Location: Cebu

Work Setup: Onsite with fieldwork

Schedule: Regular hours with on-call duties (weekends/holidays as needed)



We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our technical team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and machine repair, and who are ready to provide excellent service to clients across different locations.



Key Responsibilities

- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machines

- Perform calibration, quality control, and testing of machines prior to delivery

- Evaluate machines to ensure full functionality and operational performance

- Conduct client orientation, demos, and machine training

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports related to service activities

- Be on-call to address client concerns beyond working hours, including weekends and holidays
