Responsibilities:Reporting to the Service Manager a Service Drive Lane Manager will be responsible for managing the activities of all service related staff ensuring exceptional customer service and attainment of Lithia's performance standards.
+ Schedule and assign daily work objectives for the service consultants.
+ Monitor performance and counsel service consultants with behavioral or performance issues.
+ Train, coach, supervise and assist service consultants.
