TEKsystems is hiring a Service Desk Technician to support both internal staff and external users within a large enterprise environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to intermediate-level IT support professional looking to gain enterprise-level experience in a structured and collaborative environment with long-term career potential.
Location & Schedule
Madison, WI
Hybrid Schedule:
+ First 2 weeks onsite for training
+ After training: onsite 1–2 days per week
+ Standard working hours:
+ Monday–Friday
+ 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM CST
Contractors must be available during standard business hours and attend all scheduled meetings.
