TEKsystems is hiring a Service Desk Technician to support a large enterprise environment serving users across multiple locations throughout Wisconsin. This role is ideal for someone with prior helpdesk or service desk experience who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced support environment.
Location & Work Environment
Madison, WI
+ First day onsite for onboarding/equipment pickup
+ Remote after onboarding/training
+ Must reside in Wisconsin
This is a call center/service desk environment where technicians are measured on:
+ Call handling time
+ Availability
+ Wrap-up time
+ Overall ticket productivity
The support team consists of approximately 10 technicians supporting users statewide.
Compensation
+ $20/hr
+ Long-term ongoing contract
+ Stable environment with consistent support needs
