As a Service Desk Analyst at the Department of Conservation (DOC), you'll deliver effective, efficient technical support to end users across the organisation. You'll work a rostered schedule to provide 7‑day coverage between 7am–6pm, triage and resolve requests via phone, email, and LiveChat.
Provide frontline IT support, manage incidents end‑to‑end, fulfill service requests, maintain knowledge, and drive satisfaction and improvement.
