About the role

You will work closely with the Service Desk Team Leader and other members of the IT team & vendors to support, administer, and maintain IT services and applications.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Providing first contact support and resolution for service desk calls 
  • Administering and maintaining IT services and applications for users 
  • Installing and upgrading software, installing hardware and configuring systems and applications.
  • Managing assigned service requests to ensure they are actioned within the associated SLA's
  • Providing end users with a high level of customer service 
  • This is a permanent position for 80 hours per fortnight and is located at Corporate Services, Wellington CBD.
