Job Summary:
DES is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide Level-1 technical support for agency users. Responsibilities include handling support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems related to desktops, hardware, software, Active Directory, VPN, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, printers, and other IT services.
