A technology solutions provider in Ottawa is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to enhance the end-user experience through technical support. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, providing Level 1 and Level 2 support, and maintaining IT service management processes. Candidates should have 1-3 years of help desk experience, knowledge of Microsoft OS and hardware troubleshooting, as well as experience with Service Now.
