Job Summary

As a Service Delivery Manager in the Cyber Security Team, you will lead the delivery and maintenance of Threat Detection and Response (TDR) Managed services for shared pool projects or dedicated large engagements, leveraging advanced technical capabilities. You will also provide governance support, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence across projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and maintenance of TDR Managed services using tools such as Splunk, Azure Sentinel, and SOAR platforms.
• Governance and compliance: ensure tools, processes, and standards are maintained for consistent quality.
• Establish, strengthen and nurture client relationships; identify opportunities for EY to expand services.
• Manage accounts and relationships daily, ensuring client service quality per EY guidelines.
• Review and confirm the quality of work produced by junior team members.
