The role of Service Delivery Manager will include:
Overseeing repairs and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are carried out to a high standardInspecting works completed to ensure these represent value for money e.g. efficient use of materialsMaintaining compliance for health and safety, ensuring this is promoted and adhered toHandling complaints and breakdowns in service to meet customer expectationsCompletion of absence management, performance management, recruitment and team meetingsWorking with colleagues to ensure work is arranged, prioritised and completed in an efficient manner Skills and experiences:
