KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for site management and performance of all employees
• Manage the location while providing excellent customer serviceand meeting the goals and metrics of the unit
• Serve as the primary Client and Accenture contact for the unit
• Other responsibilities include Regular Operations Management,Reporting, Quality/Training,
• Team Performance Management, Performance Metrics, Mentoring andSpecial Projects

• Bachelor’sDegree
• Must have handled300-700FTEs
