Position Overview
Responsibilities - Provide warm and attentive service to guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Clear and reset tables
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining and service areas
- Assist with cashiering and POS system when required
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally
- Support daily restaurant operations and opening / closing duties
Requirements - Prior F&B or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Training will be provided
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, punctual, and a good team player
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
