Position Overview
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS - Order taking and preparing drinks and starters according to customer's order
- Top up self-service counter and ensure sufficient supply throughout the operations
- Clear and clean tables for operation turnovers
- Prepare sushi ingredient and daily Mise-en-place
- Ensure sushi are sufficient for sales and display
- Prepare food according to SOP
- Prepare daily Mise-en-place and ensure proper serving of hot food
- Assist the outlet manager in the upkeep of stocks
- Maintain workplace cleanliness
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS - No experience required
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and friendly
- Team player
- Willing to work weekend and holidays
