Position Overview
Your Responsibilities
Serve as the first customer contact while managing inquiries, orders, quotations, and coordination with internal teams.Plan and coordinate service technicians’ deployments, including organization and monitoring of travel activities.Identify required spare parts using technical drawings and documentation.Handle administrative processes such as creating service invoices in the ERP system and tracking orders/quotations.Ensure adherence to quality, work, and safety guidelines throughout all service processes.
