Truck Stops (NZ) Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sime Motors, operating throughout New Zealand with 19 branches. The Service Advisor role is based in Albany and supports a busy service team.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requirements for service and repair
• Keep the workshop fully booked and running efficiently
• Open and close workshop jobs and prepare job cards
• Communicate progress updates to customers and workshop team
• Monitor work‑in‑progress and update customers on any delays
• Prepare job cards for invoicing and maintain high customer service levels
