Service Advisor needed in the Hounslow area of Greater London
We are working with a client in the Plymouth area who is seeking a service advisor.
Job Role – Service Advisor
Salary – OTE £26,000
Hrs Mon-Fri 8am-5:30pm and every other Sat 8:30-12:30
Service Advisor Duties include:
Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional mannerAdvise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertakenSell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needsAdvise on timescales and collection arrangementsProduce job cards on in-house computer systemUpdate customer and vehicle recordsDocument all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policyPreparation and completion of invoices For this Service Advisor position you will have:
