This Service Advisor role is based at a reputable dealership in the Peterborough area, offering a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in the service reception.
• Book vehicle appointments.
• Raise and close job cards.
• Obtain authorisations for work to be carried out.
• Liaise with the workshop regarding work in progress.
• Arrange courtesy cars using the one link system.
• Cost, invoice, hand over vehicles to customers and up‑sell services.

Qualifications

• Prior main dealer experience.
• Excellent customer‑service and upselling skills.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Experience with RTC, One Link and Kerridge is an advantage.
