We are working with a Motor Garage in Epsom who are actively looking for a Service Advisor to join there friendly team.
Job Role – Motor Vehicle Service Advisor
Salary / Hours – Monday to Friday plus Saturday morning on a rota
Service Advisor Duties include:
Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional mannerAdvise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertakenSell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needsAdvise on timescales and collection arrangementsProduce job cards on in-house computer systemUpdate customer and vehicle recordsDocument all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policyPreparation and completion of invoices For this Service Advisor position you will ha...
