- Monday to Sunday (5 working days, 2 days off)
- Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM
Salary & Benefits

The Service Advisor (SA) provides customer support for client inquiries related to orders, deliveries, payments, and product information. The role includes troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across multiple channels.
Customer Support
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and other channels
- Assist with:
- Order status and delivery updates
- Payment and transaction queries
- Product information and pre-orders
