Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming calls.
  • Compile the Service Request Form and Repair note once received.
  • Update information to the customer database.
  • Contact customer and arrange for a suitable time for the technician's home visit.
  • Any ad-hoc task from superior.

Requirement

  • Minimum SPM graduate.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin is a added advantage.
  • Attentive and result oriented.
