Divya’s Kitchen is seeking an experienced server to join our small, dedicated team.
This is not a traditional server role. We operate with a lean team by design, which allows for a stronger tip pool and a more intimate guest experience. In return, it requires focus, resilience, and a willingness to take full ownership of the floor.
You will be responsible not only for providing warm, attentive, and genuine service, but also for maintaining the space throughout the shift. This includes polishing, running food, bussing, resetting, and supporting the overall flow of service with very little downtime.
