POSITION OVERVIEW
The Server Apprentice is responsible for providing a timely and professional retrieval of dishes, tables and trays remaining after the In Room Dining (IRD) delivery and maintaining the required supply of products and equipment needed to prepare the guest’s food and beverage order safely and efficiently.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide an excellent IRD experience to every guestEmbrace the Fontainebleau Culture Values and living the Fontainebleau promisePersonalize the service through use of guest by name and a sincere interest in the guest’s well-beingEnsure timely retrieval of IRD soiled dishes, tables and trays from the guest’s room or suiteExit guest’s room/suite in a respectful and appreciative manner using the guest nameRetrieve IRD soiled dishes, tables, and trays throughout the entire propertyE...
