Position Overview
Job Description - Lead the development and smooth implementation of programmes, activities and events in the Home to enhance residents’ overall quality of life.
- Manage donor and volunteer engagement in the Home to promote social well‑being and independent living of residents.
- Provide person‑centric care through collaboration practices and practising holistic care philosophy to enhance overall service delivery to Home residents.
- Plan and execute programmes/activities catered to the interests and needs of the Home’s residents to promote their overall well‑being and meaningful participation.
- Be the main point‑of‑contact in coordination with community partners, volunteers and donors in organising activities to engage residents and for sponsorship of meals.
