Position Overview
Responsibilities - Conduct learning needs assessments to identify competency gaps and training requirements among nursing staff.
- Design, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate orientation programmes, in‑service training, and continuing education initiatives to support workforce development.
- Assessthe effectiveness of educational interventions and implement improvements toenhance learning outcomes and clinical performance.
- Identify and source external educational and professional development opportunities, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and certification programmes.
- Provide guidance and consultation to clinical instructors and preceptors on matters relating to student supervision, staff development, and competency achievement.
