Job Description
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical equipment, including static and rotating equipment. Plan, execute, and monitor contractor routine and non-routine maintenance activities perform troubleshooting or provide technical guidance when issues arise. Plan and coordinate shutdown maintenance activities for mechanical equipment in accordance with local and global PM requirements, vendor recommendations, and industry best practices. Review risk analysis and maintenance procedures on a regular basis. Maintain and update maintenance records for equipment modifications, repairs, and rerating activities. Identify and update discrepancies in plant equipment records and field conditions. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for process incidents and mechanically induced failures recommend corrective actions and follow up on closure.
