Position Overview
What You Will Do - Manage and oversee operations cells to meet required metrics and targets
- Supervise Assistant Foremen, Engineers, Technicians & Inspectors; build a multi-skilled workforce
- Drive quality and on-time delivery; lead root cause analysis for performance gaps
- Plan production schedules, overtime, and optimize manpower/resource allocation
- Control production activities, material flow, and inventory to meet cost, quality & delivery goals
- Conduct regular performance reviews to maintain high operational efficiency
- Support Department Manager on cost management and cost reduction initiatives
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, HR, Customer Service & Materials to achieve objectives
- Ensure compliance with CORE values, EH&S, and Ethics standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Department Manager
