Position Overview
Responsibilities: Perform accounting duties such as bank reconciliation, A/R, A/P, invoicing, data entry, invoicing, etc. Handle general administrative duties Perform counter duties on rotation basis (e.g. collection of payments, attending to resident enquiries, etc.) Assist in preparing monthly reports, perform day-end closing, prepare payment vouchers & reminder notices Requirements: GCE 'O' / 'A' Level / NITEC/HNITEC/Diploma in Accounting / Business Studies or related courses Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Good communication and interpersonal skills
