Responsibilities
Manages change orders and variation claims from subcontractors, prepares corresponding change order and variation claims to the Client, and maintains a complete register of all change orders.
Collaborates closely with project teams and various disciplines (Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Subcontractors) to support timely contract price adjustments and claims.
Prepares documentation and substantiation for variation orders and claims in accordance with contract requirements and submits submissions to the Client with follow‑up until approval.
Manages the full spectrum of subcontracting works, including claims administration, measurements, and bills of quantities.
Prepares tender and subcontract documents, bid and subcontract checklists, and conducts bid and subcontract evaluations and summaries.
Ensures main contract terms, project specifications, and requirements are fully incorporated into tender and subcontract documents.
