The Senior Yardi Support Analyst will provide L2/L3 production support for a broad portfolio of business applications with key focus on Yardi; primarily responsible for providing support to internal users while ensuring the optimal functioning and operations of Yardi and associated systems, as well as supporting a range of business applications.
Responsibilities:
Provide L2/3 technical support for Yardi to Power Users, SMEs and end usersSet up databases, create account trees, create rollup rules, create custom reports, create entity structuresPerform system admin tasks such as account maintenance, role and permissions, password resets, etc.Create/or assist Power Users in setting up new entities, reporting, training materialsCreate/or assist Power Users in roll out of Yardi features, plugins, enhancements, etc.Conduct Yardi training for existing employees a...
