Job Title: Senior Client Proposition Manager

To support client proposition activity within Rathbones aligned with Group strategy, including design, development, delivery and ongoing ownership. Ensure client need, satisfaction and experience are key components of future proposition development.

Outcomes of the Role

• Manage the development and deployment of a range of client facing propositions that are calibrated to meet multiple client needs recognising life‑stage, investment risk appetite and channel preferences. Proposition development should be conceived at both individual and portfolio level.
