Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Senior US Tax Accountants to join our growing US Tax practice. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and filing federal and state tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other entities. You will work closely with US-based clients and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Tax Preparation & Compliance

• Prepare and review US federal and state income tax returns for individuals (1040), corporations (1120/1120S), partnerships (1065), and trusts (1041)

• Handle multi-state tax filings and manage state nexus considerations

• Prepare sales and use tax returns, payroll tax forms, and informational returns (1099s, W-2s) as required

• Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and applicable state tax laws
