This attorney will serve as a senior university counsel, collaborating with the Senior Associate Vice Chancellor and Deputy General Counsel and other attorneys on a variety of student and employment law matters, including regulatory counseling; student conduct issues; harassment and discrimination matters; dispute resolution; litigation; contracts and appointments; faculty and staff personnel matters; responses to OCR , EEOC and other administrative investigations; and policy development.
