A high-growth specialty finance platform serving small and mid-sized businesses is hiring a Senior Underwriter to drive credit quality across both MCA and private credit products.

This is a high-impact underwriting seat focused on making fast, disciplined decisions that protect portfolio performance while supporting sustainable originations.



What You'll Do

• Underwrite and decision MCA and private credit opportunities using bank statements, cash flow, and credit data

• Structure terms and conditions aligned to risk policy and return targets

• Approve, decline, or counter with clear rationale and strong credit judgment

• Evaluate layered risk factors across borrower profile, payment behavior, and deal structure
