Senior Underwriter / LatAm W&I;

A global insurer is expanding its transactional risk practice into Latin America and is looking to appoint an attorney into the team as an M&A; Underwriter to play a central role in that growth. Responsibilities

• Assess, structure, and underwrite W&I insurance across a broad range of cross-border transactions with a primary focus on the LatAm region.
• Work closely with brokers, legal advisors, and deal teams, at the heart of high-value international M&A; activity — building relationships, evaluating risk, and helping establish the firm's presence and reputation in the region.
