About the Role

Felix is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to own and operate its treasury function end-to‑end. This role is responsible for ensuring Felix’s trading, settlement, and operating activities are optimally funded across fiat and digital currencies, maintaining and growing our banking relationships, supporting active credit facilities and building the internal controls and policies that underpin Felix’s internal treasury infrastructure.

This role reports directly to the Head of Finance and will work closely with our FX, Accounting and FinOps teams. It is Felix’s first dedicated treasury hire, meaning significant ownership and the opportunity to build the function from the ground up. In the near term you are expected to hire and develop a Treasury Team as the function grows.
