What you can expect

transformation initiatives that shift the company towards being tech-, data,
and customer-driven. Not just structurally, but in mindset and behavior. This position is part of our HR Taskforce, driving transformation and growth in close collaboration with our HR experts at DKV Mobility.

  • You are
    responsible for leading complex, enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives end‑to‑end,
    from diagnostic assessment to execution and value realization.
  • You own the
    translation of corporate and business strategy into scalable, outcome‑driven
    transformation roadmaps.
  • You are
    accountable for fundamentally challenging and reshaping ways of working,
    decision‑making models, and organizational culture.
