Key Responsibilities - Lead the review and negotiation of transaction documentation across complex and structured deals
- Ensure alignment between contractual terms and the scope of appointed roles and services
- Assess transaction structures for operational feasibility, identifying risks, gaps and areas requiring internal clearance
- Provide practical, solution‑oriented input on deal structure, mechanics and execution
- Coordinate onboarding processes including documentation completeness, execution and satisfaction of closing deliverables (e.g. CP/CS, security perfection, charge registration)
- Act as a key liaison with issuers, borrowers, lenders, bondholders and their advisors across the lifecycle of transactions, including amendments and restructurings
