Salary: RM 100,000 – RM 150,000 per year

The role requires over 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, alongside effective people management skills.The ideal candidate will lead a team, establish KPIs, and ensure high-quality outcomes while embracing agile methodologies. Fluency in English is required, with German as an advantage.
