We’re looking for an experienced RPA technical lead to help shape and scale automation across BMO Wealth Management. In this role, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Robotic Process Automation initiatives, working closely with Wealth technology and business partners across Private Wealth, Global Asset Management, Retail Investment Technology and Insurance.

This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role where you’ll balance strategy, delivery, and governance, ensuring automation initiatives are secure, scalable, and aligned with BMO’s enterprise technology and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do

Lead RPA Strategy & Delivery
