• Strong problem‑solving skills; ability to handle multiple, diverse and changing responsibilities and follow complex instructions
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail‑oriented, organized and self‑motivated with ability to work independently
• Communication – report writing and verbal proficiency in English and Arabic
• Technical knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance of rolling mill
• Knowledge and skill in troubleshooting of rolling mill
• Understanding of engineering drawings and hydraulic circuits
• Works with hand tools, measuring tools, portable tools and tackles
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Knowledge of rigging and slinging
• Basic computer literacy
