The Senior Technical Specialist – Platform Owner (Intelligent Networks) is accountable for the end‑to‑end ownership, planning, design, performance, and lifecycle management of Intelligent Network (IN) platforms supporting Fixed Voice services.
The role owns platform health, roadmap, capacity, security and vendor governance, across the IN platforms and acts as the primary technical authority for Intelligent Networks, call routing, intelligent calling services, and platform APIs.
