Technical Recruiter – AI & Strategic Talent Hiring

6-Month Contract, Hybrid (3 Days/Week In-Office, Canadian Hubs)

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior technical and strategic customer-facing positions
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, and drive hiring strategies
• Lead intake sessions, profile calibration meetings, pipeline reviews, and hiring forecasts
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and market intelligence
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to strategically allocate talent pipelines across multiple openings
